Whether it’s a pre-booked hotel room key or unexpected on-site organizational tasks, we know that meeting every little need is an important factor in the success and quality of the program. That’s why, right from the moment of arrival – in fact, even before – we do everything we can to take most of the burden of travel off the shoulders of our guests and the festivals and concert venues that host them. In essence, our staff members are the au pairs of the music scene reinterpreted.
All of this is done on a professional level, with attention to detail and with the help of experienced professionals every day. One of the secrets of our success is our well-trained, multilingual team of seasoned tour managers, drivers, sound engineers, lighting technicians and roadies, and not least the way we all think about touring as one.
